We’ve worked closely with our suppliers to offer the best possible pricing—even for small team orders. Standard pricing applies for small orders. If you order 5+ jerseys, we offer an automatic 5% discount plus free shipping. With 10+ jerseys, the discount grows to 10%, and with 20+ jerseys, it goes up to 15%.
We also love working with clubs and non-profits. Just reach out to us before placing your order, and we’ll see what we can do!
Our jerseys are made in Asia through trusted manufacturing partners we’ve personally vetted for quality and consistency.
At the moment, we offer a male/unisex cut that suits most players and teams. However, we know that fit matters, and we’re actively exploring the option to add a female-specific cut in the future. If this is something your team would love to see, let us know! Your feedback helps us prioritize what we build next.
We generally predict a timeframe of 15-20 business days from order to arrival. Production begins as soon as your order is confirmed and typically takes 7-10 business days. Once your kits are ready, we ship using FedEx International Shipping, which takes up to 8 business days to reach New Zealand and Australia. You'll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on the way.
While we recommend allowing the full timeframe just in case, most orders arrive much sooner.
If your order arrives with a defect or production error, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or full refund. Just send us an email with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
Because every jersey we make is custom-made to order, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or aren’t happy with the look of your design. For that reason, we strongly encourage teams to order just one jersey first to make sure you're happy with the style, colours, and sizing before placing a full team order.
We currently ship to New Zealand and Australia, but we’re excited to expand to more countries in the future! If you're based elsewhere and are keen to order from us, send us an email—we’d love to hear from you. We’ll look into adding your country to our shipping options and make sure you’re the first to know when we launch in your region.
You can get creative with your jersey design — colours, patterns, names, numbers, and original graphics are all fair game! However, we can’t print any copyrighted or trademarked material, including official club badges, league logos, brand names, or sponsor logos you don’t have rights to use. If you're unsure about a design element, feel free to reach out and we’ll be happy to help clarify.
We're always adding new patterns to our customization tool to keep things fresh and give teams more ways to stand out. If you have a specific pattern in mind that isn't currently available, feel free to reach out and let us know—we’re happy to look into adding it for you! Depending on the complexity of the request, there may be a small design fee to cover the extra time involved, but we’ll always discuss this with you first.
Absolutely! The best place to start is by taking inspiration from jerseys you already like—whether it's your favourite club, national team, or something you've seen online. Use those designs as a jumping-off point and make it your own with colours, patterns, and names that reflect your team.
For the team logo, we recommend using Canva—the free version has loads of easy-to-edit logo templates that look great and are perfect for creating something custom, even if you’re not a designer. Once you’ve got a logo you love, just upload it in the customization tool!
